Our chef Mario Rosado is one of the young talents of the creative cuisine in Málaga. He started in the kitchen of the today faded Casa Pedro and became a notable student in Hospitality Málaga School “La Cónsula”. After he obtained his degree, he begins an unstoppable career, working in restaurants such as Limonar 40 and Casa Piolas, hand by hand with cooks like Diego Gallegos. No doubt, one of his most recognizable signs is imprinted in his cuisine: always changing, creative and provocative, Batik menu is a reflection of the curiosity and inquiring mind of, how we like to nickname him, “El Increíble Mario”. Batik, his team and product, are always spinning around this personality: We offer a complete experience in an incomparable location, where the aim is to surprise you with new ideas, events and suggestions, wishing always seeing you coming back.
