Our chef Mario Rosado is one of the young talents of the creative cuisine in Málaga. He started in the kitchen of the today faded Casa Pedro and became a notable student in Hospitality Málaga School “La Cónsula”. After he obtained his degree, he begins an unstoppable career, working in restaurants such as Limonar 40 and Casa Piolas, hand by hand with cooks like Diego Gallegos.
No doubt, one of his most recognizable signs is imprinted in his cuisine: always changing, creative and provocative, Batik menu is a reflection of the curiosity and inquiring mind of, how we like to nickname him, “El Increíble Mario”.
Batik, his team and product, are always spinning around this personality: We offer a complete experience in an incomparable location, where the aim is to surprise you with new ideas, events and suggestions, wishing always seeing you coming back.
Iván Bravo Fuertes studied at the Malaga Hotel and Catering School. He then continued learning from the best at prestigious restaurants, like Martín Berasategui in San Sebastián or José Carlos García in Café de París in Málaga. His career led him to different places in Spain, endowing him some of the peculiarities that today define his style.
Iván was invited to take part in significant culinary events in Dubai, Canada or Switzerland due to his achievements.
