Are you looking for Malaga restaurants to have an original and innovative lunch? Congratulations! Here you have the menu of the Batik restaurant, located in our boutique hostel in the very heart of Malaga.

As usual, Mario Rosado reinvents the Batik menu with every season change, with the aim of offering guests the best flavours of the season along with the most typical and freshest products. Is your mouth already watering? Then get ready since this new Batik menu is available from Tuesday, 18th September.

Our Batik Menu with a Taste of Autumn: Our Malaga Restaurant in The City Centre

In our Batik restaurant we have reinvented the menu with autumn flavours. An explosion of flavours from starters to desserts! Shall we start? Prepare your knives and forks! Mario Rosado and his Batik kitchen team are waiting for you.

For a snack you have plenty of your favourite dishes. However, some of them gave way to the new VietnAndalusian rolls: one consists of Korean garlic kingprawns and the other of Ras el hanout chicken and moorish mayo. As always, if you’re looking for haute cuisine dishes in Malaga restaurants, we have plenty of them! Have a taste of the 63º Egg with smashed potatoes and desalted codfish with garlics. A joy for foodies!

But there is more in our Batik menu… From a delicious and exotic Couscous salad with feta cheese, nuts, kalamata and tomato with harissa and basil or another one with Crunchy goat cheese with nuts, grilled corn and dry tomato dressing to dishes that will take your palate on a world trip full of flavours. That what our Malaga restaurant is offering you!

Ceviche, tartar, aburi salmon, grilled octopus or codfish carpaccio are some of the delicacies you will find in the Batik menu this autumn. But there’s always room for the Batik style classics. Segovia suckling pig lacquered with banana and papaya textures and Grilled pork shoulder with boletus sauce and garlic potatoes with wild asparagus.

Our Batik Restaurant Has a Special Surprise for The Sweet Tooth

On top of that, our Batik menu has included four new desserts due to seasons change.

White chocolate brownie with pistachio cream and candied Corn Flakes or Velvety chocolate, pink pepper and vanilla soup? If you don’t know which one to choose, wait until you see the rest. We know that choosing only one dish of the menu will be very hard, but the reward will be sweet, as sweet as the Candied dulce de leche foam and langues de chat biscuits.
