Although Summer is coming to its end, we are getting ready to devour the new season, as our chef Mario Rosado is delighting us, once more, with a new menu proposal for Batik, our restaurant in Malaga. The end of summer does not mean all the fun is over!
If you are a big foodie and are looking for where to eat in Malaga, we are sure that you will love our chef’s proposals. This new menu, which Batik will be offering from September 14th onwards, will surprise us with no less than 11 new dishes.
Mario Rosado, our chef at Alcazaba Premium Hostel, has prepared a new menu for the autumn season that will impress everyone. With the change of season, the products are renewed and with them the range of flavours at our restaurant in Malaga.
In these 11 dishes of the new menu, including one starter and three desserts, we find all the tradition of our cuisine perfectly combined with the most exotic cuisine, our undisputed hallmark.
Among the main incorporations, we can see how fresher dishes, typical in our summer menu, give way to more intense flavours... so, dishes such as the lukewarm salad with roasted cherry tomatoes and Brie will melt on your palate.
Now, meats take the predominant position that summer fishes left, with proposals such as the teriyaki pork cheeks or the lamb kefta with herbs hamburger. But the chef did not forget the fish. The tasty roasted salmon with green pepper sauce and cauliflower cous-cous will be every diner’s pleasure at Batik.
As a snack, or for sharing, Mario Rosado presents us the miso aubergine hummus with papadum a trip full of flavours from the Arab, Japanese and Indian cuisines.
As a dessert, how about a 70% chocolate ingot with nut brownie? Maybe an Apfelstrudel with chestnut ice cream? We know it is difficult to resist...
