The new Batik restaurant menu for summer 2020 in Malaga highlights starters, salads and desserts that are filled with fresh and seasonal flavours. We know that you like to open your mouth with exquisite bites, which allow you to try a great variety of dishes before the main one, or simply to try small samples. That’s why we suggest a new Spiced tomato spread with basil and some Roquefort, pear and walnut croquettes. We are sure they will captivate your palate like our classic “Vietnandalusian” rolls or our Vintage-style papas bravas.
On the other hand, if you feel like having a salad to eat lightly, but satisfy your hunger with a refreshing dish, you need to try our new Baked codfish with confit potato salad and salmorejo. A dish with a lot of tradition that shouts out to the world: It is summer already!
Finally, as sweet things never made anyone bitter… We would like to introduce you to two of our new star desserts for the summer in our Batik Malaga restaurant: Passion fruit sorbet with almond milk and Strawberry sorbet with red berries. Healthy, delicious and, of course, very refreshing!

Amberjack is in fashion, but nowhere else will you find it in the form of Amberjack ceviche with green curry and locally grown avocado. Enjoy local products! In addition, for lovers of fusion cuisine and the flavours of the land, we have an Amberjack with ajoblanco cream and tomato & mushrooms sautée. Finally, among our new fish dishes, you will surely be surprised by the Salmon tartar with avocado, pickles, mayo-kimchi and salmon roe. The North Sea, local fruits and Asian flavours combined in one dish.
However, even if fish is the star in summer, we do not forget about meat. In the new Batik restaurant menu, we make it clear where to eat in Malaga fusion cuisine with cow, prey or duck, among others. Sounds good, right? Duck tataki with Japanese BBQ reduction, wakame and citrus pearls and Mature beef ribs with our Peruvian purée and mini corncob. The hard part is picking just one of them. But if we add to the equation the Grilled pork shoulder with 5 peppers sauce and fried rice with a garlic- paprika touch, the result is an instant classic.
