At our boutique hostel in Malaga we never stop renewing and reinventing our offer. A few weeks ago we told you about the update of our restaurant Batik and today we want to introduce to you the new summer menu.
We welcome the sun and the summer-time with the best season products!
Mario Rosado, the renowned chef at our youth hostel in Malaga have created a new menu specially for the summer with plenty of innovative and refreshing proposals, inspired by the magic and the delicious products of this season.
We feel very proud of our great success and this motivates us, along with our love for cooking and the fantastic variety of high quality local ingredients, to continuously renovate our Batik restaurant’s offer.
You will find nine new proposals in the summer menu at our hostel in downtown Malaga. We have reinvented typical Spanish cuisine dishes to give them a fresh touch... Steak Tartare with Sichuan pepper ice-cream or the traditional gazpacho with beetroot, mozzarella pearls, basil slush and black olive chips. A real explosion of taste and freshness!
And...for sweet teeth, some delicious desserts with fruit flavours such as our Chocolate and raspberry textures or the Amaretto soaked cake with watermelon and peach... Are you going to miss it?
Do not wait any longer and visit our boutique hostel in Malaga! Enjoy an innovative Spanish cuisine with plenty of nuances and full freshness, in a warm and cosy environment with an updated design. Besides, you can enjoy a delicious cocktail at our chill out terrace, with outstanding views to Malaga’s Alcazaba.
Book your table now and taste the new proposals in Batik!
Our boutique hotel had the pleasure —and the privilege— of taking part in the first edition of FusiónFresh, the Fresh Food salon of Malaga province. The village of Alhaurín de la Torre hosted this important event, which also attended our boutique hotel, Alcazaba Premium Hostel.
We would like to suggest a perfect day without leaving Malaga’s old town: for starters, a delicious cocktail in our rooftop terrace with outstanding views of Malaga and the Alcazaba castle, some Spanish tapas and, at lunch time, some typical Andalusian food at our restaurant Batik, with the different and special touch of our renowned chef Iván Bravo.
Just like every year, this March 19th we will be celebrating Father's Day in Spain, a very special date in the calendar for all those called José or Josefa (it is the Feast day of Saint Joseph) and for all those children and parents who wish to spend a wonderful family day out.
