Located between the castle of Gibralfaro and the majestic Alcazaba, our charming Alcazaba Premium Hostel is located on Alcazabilla Street right in the city centre and offers locals and visitors an ideal starting point to get to know the Malaga city centre and explore its sights. The building which houses our boutique hostel was built in 1920 by the developer and founder of the Agrupación de Cofradías, Antonio Baena Gómez, and has been specifically refurbished to offer a perfect combination of comfort, modernity and elegance, in addition to a unique versatility that allows us to combine spaces with total freedom.
Do you want to know some of the reasons that make us the best lifestyle hostel in Andalusia?
Alcazaba Premium Hostel was visited by the Andalucía Directo TV programme, whose production team visited us to get an insight into our original hostel. You can view a video of the programme here (in Spanish), where you'll get to know one of our founder-partners, Juan García, who was Mr Spain in 2006 and Mr World in 2007, who talks about our hostel and shows viewers its fantastic rooftop terrace and location, with outstanding views of Málaga and the ocean!
If you're looking for affordable top-quality accommodation, which also offers new, original proposals – like Batik (our modern original restaurant with typical Spanish tapas and something more) or the spacious terrace located on the top floor – , you can't give up the chance of dropping us a visit at the Alcazaba Premium Hostel!
At Alcazaba Premium Hostel you will enjoy an epic location for a closer look of everything happening in the Festival (which takes place between April 17th-26th this year) and celebrates its eighteenth edition.
At Alcazaba Premium Hostel we would like to invite you to our boutique hostel to celebrate San Juan Night in our Rooftop Terrace, where we have prepared a few surprises for you that will make an unforgettable night!
Malaga's Holy Week is one of the favourite holidays in the city and, of course, in our boutique hostel in downtown Malaga we join this feeling and enjoy the whole week surrounded by a special aroma of incense and flowers.
