5 new proposals in Batik for the autumn menu (plus 2 chocolate desserts)

Autumn arrives, the leaves of the trees begin to fall and… Surprise! Among them we find the updated menu of Batik Restaurant. With our fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, we want that the end of summer does not mean the end of good atmosphere and good food. In Alcazaba Premium Hostel, our youth hostel in Malaga at the very foot of the Alcazaba, we want you to discover the novelties with which our chef tries to surprise you.

Here you can find the proposals that will change the way you see the fall:

Whet the appetite with classic and lighter proposals, as our VietnAndalusian rolls, now with 1) Spicy Tuna and Langoustines with Kimchee. If you prefer to start tasting the new proposals of this autumn… we have prepared for you other novelties: 2) Foie Micuit with Disaronno and Scrambled Eggs with Oxtail… Taste them! They will not leave you indifferent.

Meat or fish? Malaga and the Alcazaba invite to try both. For this reason, we present from the heights new creations inspired by Mexico Lindo: 3) Tiradito (Octopus strips) with Cambray Onion and Chilli (¡vamos, güey!). Are you still hungry? Then try another novelty: Our 4) Aburi Duck Sashimi with Yakiniku sauce. It may not sound better. We can complete with a wonderful 5) Sailfish with Cava Sauce, Peas and Salchichón. We added more local flavours in combination with refined taste and originality, the main features of our innovative chef.

And we hope you left room for the dessert… because we conclude with two new chocolate delights (who does not love chocolate?): the delicious 1) Coco-Choco-Cookie-Cake and our own 2) Hazelnut Bonbon. You cannot leave without the special sweet touch of our hostel in downtown Malaga.
